General Terms & Conditions Of Estimate
The piles will be Centrum square section formed in Sulphate Resisting Concrete of a characteristic strength of 50 N/mm². The main reinforcement will be 12mm diameter high yield steel bars with lateral reinforcement of 5mm diameter. The cover to the main reinforcement will nominally be 35mm.
The Centrum Precast Concrete Piles of 200 mm square section are manufactured in single complete lengths within the 4–12m range, in one metre increments and jointed piles within the 4–9m range in metre increments.
The Centrum Precast Concrete Piles of 250, 300 and 350 mm square section are manufactured in single complete lengths within the 4–13m range, in one metre increments and jointed piles within the 4–13m range in metre increments.
Piles will be supplied ex-works from our Newark factory, loaded on to appropriate transport that will be supplied free of charge to Centrum Pile Limited and to a previously agreed loading schedule. The piles are to be accepted by your representative prior to loading and you should therefore make arrangements to inspect the piles at our depot. Once the piles are loaded on to your transport we will not accept any responsibility for damage.
If credit is agreed then payment in full is required within twenty eight days of the date of our invoice. Title to the goods will remain with Centrum Pile Limited until full payment has been received.
