This website has been styled with CSS stylesheets to separate content and visual appearance. The CSS code uses various non-standard workarounds for browser- and platform-based bugs that prevent the CSS from validating to the appropriate standards; despite this, where possible the appropriate standards have been followed, and removal of the workarounds should allow the files to validate.
